DOWSIL 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomers (dimethicone crosspolymer) in low viscosity dimethicone fluid for use in skin care, color cosmetics, sun care, antiperspirants/deodorants, and wound care applications. This non-falmmable blend is effective in both hot and cold processes, enabling thickening in both anhydrous and W-in-O formulations. This long lasting formula helps impart a silky smooth feel on the skin. DOWSIL 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend does not contain any ingredients of animal origin making it suitable for vegans, nor has this product been tested on animals by or on behalf of Dow Chemical.
