DOWSIL EL-9241 DM Silicone Elastomer Blend is similar to DOWSIL 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend, but contains less than 0.1% D4 and D5. It is effective in both hot and cold processes, enabling thickening in both anhydrous and W-in-O systems. The blend imparts a long lasting, silky, smooth feel on the skin - most commonly used in the formulation of skin care prodcts and colour cosmetics. DOWSIL EL-9241 DM Silicone Elastomer Blend does not contain ingredients of animal origin and is suitable for vegans.
