DOWSIL 9701 Cosmetic Powder is a silicone powder with silica treated coating. Since it has less aggregation, no agglomeration, good sebum absorption and has a silky feel, it is perfect to be added to a loose powder to give it a soft feel. It provides a good wrinkle hiding effect by optical effect and does not contain ingredients of animal origin making it suitable for vegans. APPLICATIONS: Face and body creams, lotions and gels, color cosmetic liquid foundations, loose, pressed and compact powders, sun care.
