Xanthan Gum Technnical Grade Medium 20kg
Xanthan gum is a high-molecular-weight extracellular polysaccharide widely used in adhesives, sealants and other industrial products and processes such as textiles and ore mining. Xanthan gum is very resistant to pH variations and is therefore stable in both alkaline and acidic conditions. The thermal stability of xanthan gum is usually superior to most other water-soluble hydrocolloids as its viscosity recovers after heat treatment steps. Being resistant to mechanical shear and fully biodegradable, xanthan gum offers advantages over many synthetic polymers in terms of both performance and environmental friendliness. This product is technical grade and easily dispersable with medium/normal particle size - TNED (other grades available).
