SpectraSyn 100 is a polyalphaolefin synthetic basestock that is used to create high-quality lubricants and metalworking fluids. It has a low volatility, improved thermal stability and high viscosity for improved flow at low temperatures as well as increased film thickness at high temperatures. SpectraSyn 100 is particularly suited for industrial oils requiring high stability, often used under extreme operating conditions such as automotive gear oils, industrial hydraulic oils and industrial bearing lubricants.
